Great Seafood places in Calgary

Hey guys,

I was hoping someone can help me out... I need a good seafood restaurant recommendation as calgary doesnt have that many places that are decent that i know of. There is catch but at that price no thanks...

Great seafood...In Calgary Thats like trying to find great chinese food in Chilliwack..
Seriously, the last time I was in Calgary, Ric's was ok..see if they have a stand-by list as well, people cancel all the time.. But really great seafood, Kettleo fish in Vancouver is good if they are still around,,Victoria has some great ones too, It's only an hour away by air..that would impress her.

If I was a baller then yea a quick plane ride is nothing, but i aint and Im not going to dish out like $200 for dinner at Catch if i dont have too, haha... just need something within reason. Man i hate this freak stupid day...

Me too, How about a "fillet o fish" at Mcd's. My wife would love that..Not! Does it have to be seafood?? You guys have some pretty decent steak houses there if I remember correctly..

ok i edited the post as i found the place i need for thursday, haha.. i actually called up Ric's to see if they had a cancellation list and i guess someone cancelled 5mins before i called. hahaha....

I love steak and i know a few good places but she is a seafood lover. I figure if we go to Ric's, I can get my steak and she can get her seafood.

I'm the luckiest married guy on the site this year. My wife is going on a "date" with two of my friends wives. Some silly play in town that my uncultured brain could not tolerate. I get to stay home and play Guitar Hero with my two Pico Reefers.
