I've had this favia for about 10 months, and in the past month and a half it has developed a bubble in it. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them and what i should do? leave it alone? move it? etc.
I was told by someone on RC that it was just basicly "fraging itself" and i should leave it as it will "split" off and start a new colony. I'm having a little bit of a hard time believing that, i think it could be overactive zooanthellae producing an oxygen bubble. Heres a pic: ![]() |

Different coral but same sort of thing started with with my Frogspawn. Get a bubble, can see the branch growing inside, eventually goes down and have another head.
