that's why they're called BRISTLE worms. We have some in our tank and they're ugly creatures (sorry if there's a worm police hehe).

Yeah compared to some of the ones in my tank it is just a baby. Looks like a couple I have in my 'fuge.

I might possibly have one of the largest local captive guy in my display tank. You should hear my wife say "Holy #!$#, look at the size of this one... ewww, it's so gross!" :?

He's no kidding the thickness of my little finger, and I can only guess his length as I've never seen him fully out of the rock he lives in. You can spot him at night extended about 8-10" out of his hole, scavenging. Would be interesting one day to see just how large he really is.
