![]() Borrowed an adapter (+7) for the Kodak DC280 and found the CBS posing tonight. Depth of field is very limited with this on the camera, so I was very thankful he sat still for a minute. From this camera at 2.1 MP, I'm happy to get something clear.
This is my nano warrior: ![]() For the large image, you can try HERE. File size is about 181k. Cheers!

I've heard the stories about these being aggressive. But this one doesn't go after the pods with the same fierceness as the cleaner shrimp, and it doesn't rob corals with same gusto either. The CBS moves slowly and deliberately, picking along carefully. Even when there's food in the water it's not the same sense of urgency as the spastic Cleaner, but I think he's just as efficient in his own way. I don't see many pods in there. And he does take the occasional run at a fish, but never really gets anything. Just a little cranky, likes asserting himself now and again. I got him from Bob.

![]() I have the same camera and have nothing but problems with taking tank pictures. The pictures are alays out of focus and or to blue and or to wahit washed out. I need some pointers on how take your pictures. Do you shut off your main lights and use the actinics lights or do you use the flash? and advice would be appreciated.

For closeups I tried the Macro setting, but it has a fixed focus range of 11 - 18 inches I think, and you really to have to take a lot of pictures to get any decent. I don't have a tripod, so I set the camera on the back of a chair at the right height and try to get my subjects into range - then wait. With the Kodak closeup adapters (+7 and +10, or combined for +17) it makes real macro shots possible, like the one of the CBS. There's a couple of macro shots at the Nano-web site as well. HTH, good luck with yours - let me know how it comes along.

![]() Thanks Tony, guess what I'll be doing at your house during the meeting Saturday? I hope to fill a memory card for you, and see what we get for your portfolio.
Of course, we can get some pics of the meeting, and attendees as well. ![]() Cheers!
