Default Disinfecting Coral Cutters

I recently lost an RTN battle with one of my acros. During the process I used my coral cutters to frag it to try to save a piece (unsuccessfully). What is the best way to disinfect my cutters. I'm worried about transferring a bacterial infection to another coral the next time I frag.

If you use bleach make sure you don't leave them to soak for more than a few minutes or you'll "rust" out the rivet that holds the two pieces together (in my experience anyways).

Where you finding 20% bleach?? I use specialized rubber lined equipment to haul 19% bleach around. Regular household bleach is around 5-6% any higher and the average joe can make mustard gas with it. I assume you mean mixing it 5:1 ratio

......and as far disinfecting I hold under water for 2 seconds to knock the big chunks of rust off ...never had a problem yet, but most of the time I use my hands.
