or dolomite?
I'm currently supplementing with magnesium chloride hexahydrate but I'm not comfortable with the amounts needed. I'm using http://reef.diesyst.com/ for the dose but the idea of adding nearly 3 cups of this stuff for an increase of 100ppm just seems Like a lot of extra stuff going into the tank. |

I used it with slightly smaller amount (approx 10% total media volume) then on the label. Seemed to work out just fine for me with stable mag levels.

I'm running zeomag at about 10% total media volume in my reactor. Works like a hot damn and keeps my mg levels right where I want them

I used to use it until I switched to Tropic Marin Pro now I have no need. But as Christy said it worked like a hot damn (That's good right)

I am using ZEOmag in my calcium reactor and it seems to work quite well.
