Default Big time cleaning magnets...worth the $$$?

Like the topic states, are these $200+ cleaning magnets really worth the price? Are they capable of removing coralline? Thanks in advance...

Mason, I asked the same question a few months back. You should dig it up. Basically the people that had bought these magnets were very happy with them. I decided to get the Mag Float instead and I am very happy with it. And it does remove coralline also. I got the F-350 for 28.95

I have a Mag Float in my trash bin if you want to pay shipping. Thick glass needs more.

The Magnavore (size you need varies), or pretty much any equivalent earth magnet is awesome. I found out some good ideas for the replacement pads as well.

I've got a Magnavore 6 and my wife can't even move it on the glass...I do have a MagFloat on the same tank for the "quick clean before company comes over".... because the Magnavore is a bit difficult to move.... It's great though...

No problem with shipping, I would be happy to pick it up. I only have 1/4 inch glass, and I have trouble with a hard green algae.

It would never do the hard algae, even when it was new Bob. The pads only lasted a short while as well. I ended up chucking it when I bought the magnavores.

It is 1/2" Brad. :? I wonder if the bowfront had something to do with it.
