it sort of worked. i was bored and tried it out anyway.

i have a full tank journal going on here. http://canreef.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=26765
it has all my pics on there. i just could never get a close up of a full tank shot so i tried ms paint and cut/paste 2 pics together. i want to keep practicing because i think it could look better if i setup my tripod better
