Default A Mysis question

I have quite a bit of mysis that was thawed and refrozen. Some was left accidentally out of the freezer for up to two days. Can anyone tell me if I should discard it or use it. I know you can't refreeze human food. :? :?

If you had the mysis in a cold fridge and it thawed out in there it should be fine but will have cell damage, if you left it out at room temperature and it thawed out and remained thawed for more than a day it will be very badly cell damaged and I would only feed it to your fish if you would do the same with raw ground beef with your own meal... in other words chuck it...

I second that .. if it thawed out then you have to use it right away or throw it.. if left unchilled decomposition starts imeadiatly.. so in other words it is starting to rot. not good for the fish IMO
