Less than a week after I brought him home. He looked good in the store and ate the first day then the eyes went cloudy, ich showed up and the scales looked to be rotting. Should I freeze him and bring him to the store?

That depends on where you got him, from what I've heard some stores don't have any guarantee. You should give the store a call and see what their policy is.
