Take a look for a place called Industrial Plastics. They are all over BC but I am not sure about Alberta.

As far as I remember, Industrial Plastics doesn't sell clear PVC; they sell clear acrylic, but not PVC. There are only a few states in the USA that allow clear PVC to be used domestically, so it's actually pretty difficult to come by which is unfortunate because, despite the fact that it costs considerably more than acrylic, it would be easier to size fittings, and a whole hell of a lot easier to bond.
