Coco worm not coming out

Good day,
I purchased a Coco worm from LFS last Friday. When I first brought it home it was coming out a little then would go back in again. I moved it one other time then I put it back where I originally had put it and I haven't seen it even try to come out.
Any suggestions on what I could do. I have even tried putting some food up the tube but has not seemed to have helped.
I would hate to loose this expensive beauty.
