Would 2 seio 1100's be too much/not enough for a 35ish gallon tank?

That's a whole lotta flow. About 60X, if I'm not mistaken.

What do you plan on keeping in the tank?

Little bit of all.......hoping for maybe a smaller clam as well. Was thinking of putting them on a controller.

That's too much flow for your soft corals amd you LPS. They will not open up fully. I have one Seio 1500 in my 50 gallon and the flow is still too strong for my liking.
