Default Calcium Reactor

Does anyone know how to build a calcium reactor? What do we need besides a CO2 cylinder, regulator, and reactor chambers? I am contemplating building one, any help would be appreciated.

You'll need PVC fittings, a recirc pump like a Mag 3, possibly a feed pump and some John Guest style fittings. You'll also need Nylon fasteners and some sort of rubber o-rings.

Sorry, I unfortunately don't have time to do stuff like that anymore, but if anyone needs help or has questions, I'll be glad to help answer your questions.

Well, assuming you are using acrylic, and assuming you want a basic reactor, you will most likely need:

Tools:
Weldon on 3 or 4 and 16
1/2" NPT Tap
1/4" NPT Tap
PVC Cutters
Drill/Drill press
assorted drill bits

Materials:
1-acrylic tube (lets say 6" O.D.X whatever height you want)
2-acrylic flanges (8" O.D. if using 6" O.D. tube)
1-acrylic sheet (8"X11"X1/4")
2-1/2" uniseals or other bulkheads
1/2" PVC Pipe
1-Mag 3 pump
2-1/2" unions
2-1/2" elbows
2-1/2" tee
1-1/2" male adapter
1-1/2" female adapter
2" O.D. ABS or PVC pipe X 4" long
8 nylon fasteners
1-o-ring 6.5" to 7" O.D
enough eggcrate to make 5.5" O.D. circle
foam
2-1/2" to 1/4" John Guest Style fittings
1-1/4" John Guest style Valve (or needle valve if you can find one)

Unfortunately I don't have any pictures to follow along with though...
