![]() James Scott of ReefBC has organized another fun-filled, informative event for this coming October 28th (Saturday). It will be a day-time event, starting at 10am & running till 3pm or later. There will be several well respected speakers from the many different aspects of the saltwater industry, (should include suppliers, researchers, conservationists, reef specialists). Prizes and other goodies will be available.
Best of all, this year's event will be held at the Vancouver Aquarium and your ticket price will include admission to the Aquarium. (As soon as James lets me know the final cost, I will post in this thread). Last year's meeting was awesome and we all learned alot & had a great time meeting with fellow fish & coral addicts. So, if you're interested in starting a sw tank or already have one or simply want to check out something different, you're all welcome to attend. Again, I will post here as soon as James sends me more details regarding costs, speakers, etc. You can also go to the reefbc.com website. Anthony |

![]() ReefBC is postponing its meeting till Nov.18th because the Van.Aquarium auditorium is not going to be completed on time. There will be many speakers, including Farraday (writer of several coral books), Ming (importer who will do a slide show of his trip to Japan & other places to buy corals), the Van.Aquarium vet (who will discuss fish diseases) & some other speakers as well. It will run from 10-4pm, and there will be door prizes, etc.
I will post new details as soon as I get more updates. Anthony |

![]() That website appears to have become some kind of dog walking business website.

![]() Google picks up META Tags on websites, and not the site address itself unless that is defined as a META tag as well. So sometimes googling a site address comes up with nothing. And since the Reef BC site is not that old nor very busy, it will not be listed on Google's first page. If you type in www.reefbc.ca into your browser it works fine.
