Default Power compact lights?

I want to put better lights on my 30g. I need screw in type. I have screw in flourescents now putting out about 40 watts each. I want to keep easy corals and get some growth on my LR. I think I need power compacts? What should I buy, if possible give me some model numbers so I can find prices at a supplier rather than a LFS.

Thanks for any help.

I had some Coralife aqualights from J&L Aquatics that were very well priced. I really liked the lights, quite bright and didn't put out alot of heat into the tank, plus some models come with moon lights which look great. I have some 4' PC lights I'm trying to get rid of because I upgraded to MH, but they might be too big for your setup. Check out J&L online, and their shipping rate are not bad.
