![]() Ok, this is just too cool. I've had this squamosa clam since September. I'm taking down the tank it was in so I moved my clams into my 75g on the weekend. I was just sitting in front of the 75g earlier tonight, when I saw something move inside the inhalant siphon of the squamosa clam (mantle fully expanded, this guy is the size of a football
![]() So I grabbed my camera. Had a little trouble getting focus, but here's what I was able to grab tonight, then my camera's battery died. I'll have to try again tomorrow to get some better shots. So, without any further ado .... ![]() ![]() Pictures of the clam from when I first got it home can be seen in this thread: http://216.187.96.54/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=19173

![]() My maxima coughed out a shrimp just like that once. Then the shrimp ran back into the clam. I got real worried and researched, as it turns out the shrimp has a symbiotic relationship with the clam. Its all good.
