Purchased Oct.1/05 only 6 months old (last used in March). Excellent condition. The membrane is still like new, they last 2 years, but at least 50%-100% longer if you use a flush kit which I used. The Mixed Resin is also only about 1/3 spent. Price includes handheld TDS meter. I paid new at J&L $378 have receipt. See links.
