Half price ballasts available

The T832 ballasts are half price at Home Depot in the Northeast. Last night they were $15.00 instead of $29.95. So if you want to try overdriving, or to be electrically correct underbraking, now is the time to pick up your ballasts.

I'm unfamiliar with these ballasts; can you provide some details? Total watts, bulbs, length, etc?
