I have often sent plants by mail.
I can send you a large assortment out of my two plant tanks for $25.00 plus $10.00 shipping. It takes 3 days to arrive in the mail. The same offer goes for anyone else who wants plants.

No problem. I can mail you the plants once the cheque clears. Or if there is someone well known on these boards who will vouch for you, I can mail you the plants before the cheque clears.
Anyway here is a rough list of the plants, I am probably forgetting some: Pygmy chain sword (E. tenellus) Sagittaria subulata Bacopa caroliniana Hygrophyla corymbosa Hygrophila corymbosa "kompakt" Red Lotus (Nymphaea lotus "zenkeri") Limnophila sessiliflora Java Fern Java Fern "Windelov" Anubias barteri "Nana" Rotala macrandra Rotala indica Hygrophila polysperma "Sunset" The plants need to be mailed on a Sunday night so they will arrive definitely before the end of the week and not spend a weekend in the mail. Sorry for some reason the Rotala macrandra and the Limnophila sessiliflora weren't in the best of shape.
However good luck with your plant tank. I suggest you go to the Aquabotanic webforums and listen to Tom Barr's advice if you want to get into plants in a serious way.
