Default Fragging Ricordia?

Does anyone have a surefire way to frag Ricordia. I have one that has overgrown a small rock. It appears to have several mouths now. There are a few people who want frags of it, so I need to do something.

yeah, Ricodia are difficult to kill, they are just like your normal mushrooms, I literaly rip mine from rocks. They could be torn to shreds and within a few days they are brand spanking new.. Just cut em up .. scrape them off the rock, let them heal and volia.

Bob,

I have used an elastic and it eventually cuts it into two pieces...

Almost forgot about that method.I had used the elastic to secure the mushrooms and ended up with 2.
