Default Tank Cycled already?

Well here is my current setup:
I re-arranged my LR with more caves, and such. Also, no rock touching the glass so I can keep that glass clean!

90 Gallon Hagen Tank
70 lbs of LR (20 from LFS and 50 from a local guy)
Berlin HO Skimmer
AquaClear power filter
2x Maxi-jet 1200's
1x Hagen 301 with Cannister filter
2-3" DSB

I tested my parameters last night, and it reads as follows:

Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 0
PH 8.0
Salinity .024
Temp 78-80

Is it possible that my tank could have cycled already? It's only been a few weeks, and I have just added the extra 50lbs of LR late last week..
I'm not going to get any fish for a few weeks, however would it be ok to add a few hermits and such?

Its possible its already cycled, esp. if the rock was cured. Its good that you're going to wait to add fish, as the tank matures a bit more.

I would add some snails first, before crabs. Many reef aquarists no longer add crabs to their tanks, because of their predatory nature. I still use scarlet hermits in mine and have a couple old left over blue legs, but would not add them again. {blues}.

I have 60 pounds of freshly imported, uncured live rock. After 8 days cycling, NH3 is almost non-existent. By next week-end, I'll probably start adding hermits and snails.

Like your aquascaping. Good for you to have patience (not my strong-suit).
