Default question about RO or ro/di

Ok I'm using RO DI on the tank for topp off and filling it. now The question I have is Can i use RO water as My kalk drip repalcement. Or should i use RO DI, the reason I'm asking is If i use RO DI I have to take off the line to fill up a 5 gal jug and put it back on ,then fill it up again . Or i can put a tee on the Line that way all i have to do is turn the clamp to the on position to get water to fill up for the kalk.

Answers

RO for drip or stick with the RO DI

R/O should be just fine for the drip IMO. Many reefers use r/o for everything with great results.

yup.....

A T in the line will work fine......

On your tank is there a valve as well or auto fill?

If its not auto and this will work for your kalk too......

I use these and I love them.
