May not be any help to you but, ...
I couldn't find my DIY trap...it's lost somewhere in storage.
I needed to remove my Yellow Tang from my DT. I was concerned with breaking corals and such, and had considered building a new trap.
There's no way I was willing to remove LR and such.

Today I decided to take a chance. I held an 8" net near the left corner of my display tank and with my right hand waved around the tank to 'corral' my tang leftwards.
It only took a few minutes and I had him/her netted !!!

I wish it was my tang. Trying to catchy yellow Corris wrasse. Darn thing is fast.

Thanks Galizio I will take you up on the offer. Just wanted one as I tried the bottle diy and I didn't know your schedule. Darn wrasse won't go near it haha. Smarter than me! Thanks folks.
