![]() Which power head upgrade do you guys think will be better for my 92 gal cube tank. Jebao rw-8 or the Jebao rw-15. Tank dimensions are 30"x30"x29".

![]() I use 2 Jebao wavemakers in my 93g cube.
One big one might be too powerful. Two smaller ones allow for more options and less dead spots. Also, if one burns out, you still have flow in your tank. |

![]() Two RW-8's would be the best choice for sure. RW-15 would be to much.

![]() I can get a good wave going in my tank with my rw8s I think a 15 would be overkill. plus 2 sources of movement over 1 is more benifical IMO

![]() I would go with the 15's. Too much for an empty tank, but as it fills in, you'll want more flow. Until then, you just turn them down. The 8's don't go much above 100%, so when you need more, you're buying new pumps.

![]() No I don't have a controller. All the info is awesome thanks. I think in going to order the RW-15 just cause I can get them for the same price as the RW-8 and I'll turn them down for now.

![]() So I installed the RW-15 and let them run over night and I checked the tank after work today and I moved a lot of sand around so I turned off one of the pumps for now until I can see if there is a better way to set them up in my cube tank. I was wondering if you guys had an idea on the mode and placement of the RW-15's. I was also thinking that I might have to change my aqua scape to soot these power heads. Some thoughts would be appreciated. I'll post a pic of the aqua scape
