Anyone running an Ampmaster?

Just wondering if any locals were running one. I want to hear how loud it is in person.

well maybe you can't if your deaf.. they are quite loud but not that bad. if it was in a bedroom or a room you want to be quiet then no but other wise they are ok. think of a Mak 4 running a skimmer then make it about .5 to 1 x louder.

Hmmm, ok, now I'm reading conflicting things....so, Steve, what pump would you recommend that pushed about 2000GPH@~5' (closed loop) but is quiet enough to run in the living room or say bedroom?

a couple of the big ones.. 300gph or 3600 gph can't remember much except I found them quite loud
