![]() Woke up this morning to an email saying that my account had 5 attempted logins at 2:20 am. Checked the ip address and it's on hacker blacklist coming out of China. Did this happen to anyone else?

![]() Personally I would never even consider any e-mail with that kind of message as no reputable site would be sending an e-mail to advise such a thing IMO.
I just automatically junk anything like that. Even if it reportedly comes from a site I am a member of, I certainly won't click on any links, as I continually get e-mails proportedly from someone I know or a site I'm a member of, but if fact the info showing is false. If concerned, I'd click on my Norton 360 to see if anything was really happening. |

![]() The email is a valid warning from our board. Hackers in China are attempting to gain access to user's accounts by guessing passwords.

![]() How does one know if an e-mail is actually from you or from some fraudulent site?
Was the e-mailing you sent out just a selective membership? I didn't receive anything other than a "junk" e-mail proportedly from Apple with a sender listed as ----.on.microsoft.com. Same message that I've had hacking attempts. |

![]() The email is sent to the account holder that has had their account tampered with. It's just a warning, and has no links. I think you're misunderstanding the issue.
