Hairy mushroom. You can either be happy for getting free coral or be sad, thinking that this coral's gonna take over your tank in future.

Doesn't quite look like hairy mushrooms to me...

What happens if you touch it? Does it retract? Is it completely soft? Or is there a skeleton beneath it?

I just touched it and yes it does retracted and there does seam to be a skeleton beneath it

looks like its some sort of lps, like a blasto or something...
maybe someone else can chime in from here...
