![]() Siphon as many out as you can and use flat worm exit, follow the instructions to the letter. Get on it now as they multiply fast. If it is really bad you might have to remove all the rock & dip in a strong solution of flat worm exit as well as all your corals.
I have been battling them in my cube and it got to the point that I took all the rock out & dipped/washed all my frags. Rock will be replace after the tank is completely cleaned & sand is replaced.

![]() Sadly some times the best coarse of action is a complete clean out and restart if they are over coming the tank.
