coral came back?!

i have a sps , stylo that was gone.. white for three months.
i finally got my tank back to coral growing conditions and this happened

got a little more color and its its extending its polyps now!
its looking better everyday. think this coral could grow so i can cut the white off it?

yes it will grow new growth , may take a while but eventually you can cut it
