I have some coming off ebay right now, used them in my 155 BF and they were very nice. The supplier that I am getting mine from claims they are as good as Ushio and a couple others at a fraction of the cost.

Only my personal preference but I have used the Ushio 14K and the Phoenix 14K and I think the Phoenix looks significantly better. Much bluer and colors pop out more. It seems like the growth rate on my corals has improved as well but that would be a bit unfair since they were small frags when I had the Ushio and the perceived growth is much lower when they are small IMO.
