What do you guys make of these things?

They're pretty cool. I put one in my tank a couple of years ago and it's still around. Never done anything bad that I can see.

Yeah not sure how that happened. I've reduced the size for dialup users (like me).

I added a couple conchs to my tank over the weekend and after a few hours I discovered my whelk feasing on one of the conchs.

I've moved him to my sump now.
