Default Eheim 1260/1262 vs Speedwave DC pump.

Anyone have any experience or heard anything about the Speedwave DC pumps at JL?
specifically http://www.jlaquatics.com/product/wp...20+GPH%29.html

From my other cleaning thread here after I got my 1260 all cleaned up the impeller casing was scored and worn. Pumps probably still in good shape and I will put it back into service for now.

But I looked up a new impeller at JL and goes for around $80.
the speedwave pump there is $167.
I Have been considering a more powerful pump to possibly plumb in a frag tank next to my display.
Won't matter too much I plan on the drain from the DT to feed the frag tank, to drain into the sump.
I do feed a pellet reactor though.

So any good/bad words?
don't need to praise the Eheim, I've been a huge fan of theirs for years despite their price. I'm just investigating new toys. =)
