![]() my pistol shrimp seems to be closing off the burrow and trapping the Yasha inside for the past two days or so.
I opened a passage yesterday and the Yasha came out, but someone later closed it up again ... Any ideas what is going on, I am guessing a molt? |

![]() That would be my first guess. My pair does it too.
I find he moves his doors on a regular basis. The yasha disapears for a day or 2 then shows up again. I don't think the yasha is at risk of being trapped. Is it possible there is another opening in another spot you can not see?
