Default Profilux stand alone doser problem, doser does not stop,,,

I am currently running a profilux standalone 3pump doser and it is about a year old. For some strange reason the 3rd pump is now constantly running and not stopping. I have disconnected the doser several times but each time I reconnected the power the same doser would be running. I have checked the settings and there are no changes and the other two dosers are working accurately. This had just started while I was cleaning out the sump... The doser is sitting far enough away from any possible water spills etc... and I have checked all the lines and tubes for each doser...

Has anyone experienced this and any idea to fix it?

Thanks

Wayne

this only happens after a water damage:

either the front board (mostly the buttons) got wet or the small board inside with the western sockets got wet

in some cases it helps to clean the boards, but mostly there is too much
corrosion after a water damage and you can't be sure that the doser will work in future without problems - in my opinion a too high risk

both parts are available as spare parts

please contact your retailer for further details

Thank you for your quick response. I have contacted Michael of Aqua Digitial and he has replied to me. Just before going to work this morning, I had reconnected the standalone doser and the 3 dosing pump stopped running. I had press the manual button and the dosing pump worked. I have not had the time to check if the auto dosing program will work but I intend to check it out either tonight or over the weekend. For now I had disconnected it again so that I don't overdose Mg and I'll dose Alk and Ca manually tonight. Hope it goes well...

Again, the unit was not near any water nor did it get splashed... do you recommend me opening it and have a look anyways?

Thanks

Wayne

Yes - please refer to our instructions in the pm.

If in dout on opening please send very clear photos of the exposed pins of the connector cable to the front board.
