Default 20000k halide bulbs?

Any recommendations for 20000k bulbs. I am replacing my current 14000k bulbs and I want more blue in the tank. Anyone have success or like a certain brand?

What wattage? for 400w, I think Radiums are the best you can get. The 250s seem to have a different color, I don't like them as much.

Not sure what's available. I know someone that tried the Ushio as replacements for the Phoenix 14k and hated them.

I used Geissman (spelling isn't right) 20k and found them quite nice.

Phoenix 14k are my fav HQI lamps!

They are much more blue (more like a 20k) on an electronic ballast.

The XM 20k have a more purple/pink hue to them compared to the Phoenix but I wouldnt say they are more blue. At least not for me when I had them side by side on the coralvue ballasts.

If you want more blue then I would suggest some LED suplimentation.
