I found this in my Seahorse tank.

I can't tell you if it is safe for seahorses or not, but I'm pretty sure I know what it is....purse jelly (Coeloplana sp.).

Yep, that's a sessile Ctenophore (comb jelly, not a real jelly). They're harmless filter feeders
