We are already taking secondary orders from dealers, these have hit the gorund running and Ecotech are doing a great job at keeping up with our demand.

I am considering buying two radions...Checked out Echotech's website and have downloaded the utility software to understand what I can do with the program... I have also tried the link you have provided however it does not work as all I get is an error message. The utility only provides the artificial mode and not the natural mode. So, here are my questions...

1) When will Echotech add the natural mode and if it is there please provide assistance

2) I will be needing at least two... Is Echotech selling joining brackets ( just like the ones used in the colourful brochures etc...) or hanging kits for two or more configurations as I do not see this on the accessories page.

Thanks.

Hi

Natural mode will follow soon, not all features are released yet.

There are advanced hanging kits available, these retail at $49, but for the bars, these are nothing more than some aluminium you can get at any DIY store, the threads of the bolts are M5 so easily made.

Hi
Thank you for the quick response. Do you think that the provided hanging kit will have enough thread depth to accomodate an aluminum bar of such or is better to go with the advanced hanging kit?

Hi

The thread depth is within the bolts on each four corner of the unit, the bolts have a threaded head, so the depth there is not the important part, if making your own bars just make sure the M5 bolt you buy to go through the bar and into the lamps bolt threaded head is long enough.

I would strongly recommend getting at least one hanger set and then do what the guy in the pictures has done and make two brackets to hold them at your own personal gap apart.

I would not advise spreading them more than 18 inches as the max spread of one unit is 24"
