400w Radium bulbs?

Does anyone know where I can get 400w Radium bulbs locally right now? I used to get them from j&l but haven't seen them there for awhile. Are they hard to find in the lower mainland all of a sudden? I found one vendor on canreef but the shipping estimate is $50 for just two bulbs.
