![]() You might have a tough time finding one, as they are very difficult to keep and most die. If you do find one, make sure it is feeding on pellets, etc.... Again, most don't, but here in Calgary I have seen one LFS successfully do this. But again, is it a long term success? I am not really sure.
Personally why take a chance, leave this species in the wild.

Dennis @ Golds in Calgary has had success bringing them in and getting them to eat... I have even seen them eat, maybe give him a call and make a trip down to cowtown.

![]() We've had pretty good success with getting the ones we bring in to eat frozen and pellets. They are MAC Certified to boot! I can bring one in for you if you are interested.

![]() Marko save your Money.
They have a horrible track record. Just because you have the means, does not mean you should. If anything, this fish is expert only.

![]() I understand the difficulty. And I wasn't planning on going to the store and purchasing one. I was hoping someone would have one that's already accustomed to tank life. But clearly that's rare

![]() It is not uncommon to get them eating.
It's keeping them alive. They can eat eat eat and still die.
