Despite the bad press and what not, I have an order supposedly coming on Monday from them. Me and another couple guys thought it might be worth trying a small order and none of us have invested heavily in it so worst case scenario we're out a few bucks each. I'll update the thread when I see how it goes. From what I've been reading, us east coast guys have been having a bit more luck with it than you west-coasters!

Come on you guys. The mods on this site are pretty easy going. Comments like these would get you booted from sites like reef central.

It's not that bad that they don't want discussions about a company that cheated many of their members.

And for the record I also had an order from fragalot that I was happy with.

Nobody's trying to diss the mods,...we just think they are going a bit overboard with all this.

Like seriously,...most of my corals are from Fred's Corals. If I post pics and/or videos and happen to mention that will it get me deleted too?

yes. Unless Fred is a sponsor, repeated exposure, good or bad, is not permitted. It's an advertising issue. We're allowing the group buys like we do for all suppliers. We're preventing advertising for or by non sponsors. We let it go a couple of times, but it's become excessive, and therefore removed. Nothing has been removed for opinions or any other reason other than advertising.

Ok, I can understand that... to an extent... maybe then we should just put from a "non sponsor" instead... if ppl rly want to know then they can find out via pm?
