![]() I noticed today that the cheato that I have in my tank seems to be crawling with these creepy little things.... "bugs" for lack of a better term.
I think they may be copepods? I googled copepods but its hard to tell because all of the photos are close ups and all I see in my tank are little things with antennae and a bunch of legs and they are kinda white-ish see-through. My hermit crabs seem to like them.... Anyways, I wanted to make sure that they are not harmful to my tank. I'm pretty much a noob and my tank has only been set up for a month and a half. I thought it took a long time to get copepods (from what I have read about people wanting them for mandarin gobies). Anyways, any info would be super! Thanks! Lindsey |

![]() Yep sounds like pods to me, mine cheato has a ton of them as well as bristle stars.

![]() They will eat them if they happen to float by but those fish aren't really much for hunting per se'.
