The black band is thicker then normal.He is about 2 inch.

not that it matters, from the picture It appears to be a true percula and not ocellaris. The eye, as well as the black look like perc

I did wonder about that. The eye sure is smaller then my pair.
Other then the white on a body doesn't come to a T and only has a strait band across.
