Many of you have probably seen this in BBC's LIFE but I thought I'd share it anyway as I really love this clip...

The whole Creatures of the Deep episode on invertebrates was probably my favourite. The time lapse is particularly amazing. It's almost hard to believe how much life there is in Antartic waters and also that it's sped up 500 times. The worms eating the seal grossed out my gf lol.

Those sea dragons are beautiful.

My g/f was grossed out by the worms going in & out of the seal's eyes. Now that was gross! But part of the circle of life I guess...
