Tunze wavebox with apex
Has anyone successfully got the Apex control the Tunze wavebox and produce a good wave.
I am having a problem to make a good wave on my tank with Aepx controller. I try from .1 to 1.2 pulse and no success. I have a 6 feet tank. If i am using the Tunze 6091 controller then it works nicely. |

Tunze wavebox with apex
Does the Tunze controller allow for tuning smaller than .1 seconds? I know the Apex is limited to .1
If the resonant frequency is .95 seconds, it might be difficult to dial in without the finer resolution. |

.1 is smallest. On my 6091, it is around 11 oclock so that is between .3 - .9 second according to Robert from reefcentral. But i got no luck in making wave with the apex so i have to use the 6091 now

I'm not sure if you are still trying to make this work, but I was successful in setting it up on my tank. Take a look here.
