Situation: I plan to run a CS102 overflow with 2 x 1-inch pipes, which is rated at 1400 GPH. From my sump, I will have to push ~60 inches of head to reach the display tank. Questions: Does anyone have suggestions for a GPH rating requirement? Is there an external pump preference? TIA |

![]() At the price, I don't think you could go wrong with the Gen X Mak 4. If you're feeling like spending a bit more the Iwaki MD70RLT or MD100RLT will more than handle your overflows. I'm saving my pesos for the MD100RLT to drive my skimmer.
