Lighting Timer Question

I have a Coralife PC 130W 24" fixture (Two 10,000K & two actinic 03) that I run on timers. Mainly softies in my tank with a couple LPS and SPS. What would be the ideal timer times I should be running? Right now the actinics come on @ 5:30am, all 4 bulbs @ around 8 to 9am, just the 10,000Ks from 9am to 4pm, all 4 again from 4 to 6pm and the actinics from 6 to 10pm. Am I getting the most out of my lighting with these times?
