![]() looks like i left my live rock cooking to long ( year and a half) while prepping the tank room and tank. anyone have a couple pieces i could use to seed my now useless base rock?

![]() not useless, itll make great base rock and ive got about 4 months before i put anything in the tank so if i find someone close with a few pounds of cured it should have plenty of time to seed mine, in theory anyway. Argan my 55 is still active but all the rock in it has some form of sps attached to it. if need be ill probably just go to one of the kamloops shops but itd be nice to find something that is already mature

![]() If you put a few cups of your current tank's sand in the bin with the cooking rock, and a raw shrimp you should be good to go.
