I'm new to this board and thought I would give some information I just received. Do to Fiji being the larget mainly Muslum country in the Pacific rim, the US has enforced a flight bann from Fiji into the continetal US and Canada starting in March. This means to all of us that there will be a temp shut down on coral shippments. This is all in retropsect of the terorist events. [img]images/smiles/icon_sad.gif[/img]

Welcome to the board. But,

Umm you may want to look into the reasons for the shut down of hte shipment and harvesting of corals out of Fiji and area.

They are due to Fiji's lack of compliance with CITES regulations regarding coral harvesting.

The decision to stop the imporation of corals from this region is not due to religion or a countries religious affiliation following 911.
