Default live adult brine shrimps for sale in Vancouver BC
Because of my seahorse breeding, I have to bring in live adult brine shrimps to Canada. If anyone of you needs live adult bs, please let me know. $3 per bag (1300+ shrimps). BC lower mainland only please since shipping to other locations does not worth it.

Just curious, How would one keep them alive in order to feed a tank over time

Get a bucket. insert airstone into bucket. put any kind of light over it. add some kind of supplement.

If by "over time" you mean a short period like a few days, then you can use pretty much anything like phytoplankton, selcon, vita-chem, etc. If you mean over time as in starting your own culture, then phytoplankton.

brine shrimp are best fed newly born (as nauplii) unless they are supplemented with something.

They are easy to take care of. I forgot about a brine shrimp pop bottle I had going. The airstone wasn't going anymore, and I didn't feed it. It was left alone for about 8 weeks, and today I went to clean it out and there are a bunch of adult brine shrimp in there, and a whole bunch of babies and everything in between. They were quite fine on their own!

Are these brine shrimp or some other kind of shrimp?These look really cool and being salwater would they be good to stock a refugium?Clint
